Formerly a thriving cattle operation, Sunny Side Farm was slated for residential development with over one hundred division rights. Working with the new owner, the farm was placed into conservation easement. Although the main house had burned years before, the early 19th century farm dependencies – the school house, cow barn, and corn cribs – are now renovated and the property is now a private, rural retreat.
