Jane Covington Motion, Principal/Owner
Jane has been involved in the field of historic preservation for over 25 years. After earning her BA from the University of Virginia and her MS from Columbia University in New York, Jane traveled the world with her historic preservation skills working in London, Italy and in the town of Zanzibar, Tanzania. As well, Jane holds her MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Jane is drawn to projects that require out of the box thinking, integrating historic fabric, modern design elements, green building practices and shoe string budgets.
Jane Covington Restoration is based in Middleburg and her recent work spans the state of Virginia. Jane lives outside of Middleburg with her husband and two daughters.
