Sunny Side Farm

  A former thriving cattle operation, Sunny Side Farm

  was slated for residential development with over one

  hundred division rights.  Working with the new owner,

  the farm was placed into conservation easement. 

  The main house burned years before, but the 19th century

  school house, cow barn, and corn cribs – are now renovated

  and the property is now a private, rural retreat.
